Responsibilities
- Conducting quick RFX and spot buys to drive optimal pricing
- Provide support to category and sourcing managers in running sourcing events, such as - Spend Analytics to identify opportunities, RFX creation, vendor training, liaising with vendors for Reponses, summarizing responses, selection and award and contracting activities
- Reporting and Analytics - Provide monthly reports to stakeholders on spend, operations, compliance and ad-hoc reports as and when there is a business need
- Query management and resolution for buyers and vendors
Qualification Criteria
- Graduate with 3 to 5 years of sourcing & procurement experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in procuring and sourcing business services, software and indirect materials (marketing, facilities etc.)
- Hands on experience in eProcurement Tools like Coupa / Ariba / Jaggaer
