Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support including document preparation, diary management, and general legal administration
- Manage the full lifecycle of files using a legal case management system
- Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings, internal briefings, and external engagements
- Liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency in document production
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Process time entries and expense reports
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
About You
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary (preferable in property or conveyancing) within a professional legal environment
- Experience supporting senior legal professionals and managing multiple priorities
- Strong MS Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
