Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including document preparation, diary management, and general legal administration.
- Manage the full lifecycle of property and conveyancing files through a legal case management system.
- Prepare and organize documentation for client meetings, briefings, and external communications.
- Liaise confidently and professionally with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in document production and filing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and detailed itineraries.
- Manage billing tasks, including time entries and expense processing.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
About You
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property or Conveyancing.
- Proven ability to support senior legal professionals and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet competing deadlines.
