Job Title: Membership Coordinator (3-Month Contract)
CPL are partnering with a professional membership organisation based in Dublin 4 to recruit a Membership Coordinator for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to become a long-term opportunity. Our client is seeking someone who can start immediately or at short notice.
You will join a team of four, reporting to the Team Leader of Registration and Regulation, supporting membership applications and delivering excellent service to members.
The role operates on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office / 3 days from home), though more onsite presence will be required initially for training.
Salary: €38,000 – €40,000 (pro rata)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Process membership and registration applications accurately and efficiently
- Respond to member and applicant queries via phone, email and written communication
- Provide a high level of customer service to members and applicants
- Participation in teams events such as in person accreditation visits and conferring ceremonies events such
- Support the membership application process from enquiry through to approval
- Maintain and update membership records and databases
- Assist with membership renewals, reinstatements and graduate transfers
- Contribute to improving processes and member services
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ in similar environment, ideally in a membership, professional services or regulated environment
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Experience working with databases or CRM systems and excellent MS office
- Business or Marketing Degree preferrable
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Must hold a valid work permit/visa for Ireland
