My client a boutique Accounting practice in Cork city is looking for an Office Manager.
Role Overview
You will manage the administrative heartbeat of the office while assisting with essential compliance and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Management: Handle reception, diary management, and general office coordination.
- Compliance: Manage KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) onboarding for new clients.
- Basic Accounting: Support internal bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Workflow Support: Monitor tax deadlines and ensure file compliance with GDPR.
Candidate Profile
A detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or senior administration.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
