On behalf of our client, a leading medical technology & healthcare company, we are currently recruiting for a Product Complaints Coordinator for a 3-4 month contract role. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the Dublin office.
Main tasks:
- Review of product complaints and investigation reports for products on the Irish market for completeness and accuracy, in conjunction with the company’s Global Complaints Departments and in accordance with all relevant EU legislation, HPRA Guidelines and company specific Standard Operating Procedures.
- Document letters/emails for the customers to clearly relay the investigation results promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with the Sales teams regarding the customer communication, prior to dissemination.
- Update and closure of product complaints on SAP C3.
- Document and maintain the complaint files for reports received
- Support the Medical Regulatory team with ad hoc requests and functional requirements.
Skillset Requirements:
- A degree in a life science or pharmacy discipline.
- Previous experience of >2 years in the Medical Device /Pharmaceutical Industry and a good understanding and working knowledge of GDP.
- Familiarity with relevant Legislation, Regulations and Guidelines applicable in Ireland and the EU.
- Proficiency in the English language; strong verbal and written communication skills is essential.
- Ability to understand and relay technical information.
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail are key attributes along with strong organisational skills.
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation and externally.
- A proactive and collaborative work style and the ability to work with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel; SAP an advantage).
