Key Responsibilities

Reporting to senior leadership, the Programme Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving the delivery, analysis, and ongoing development of strategic and organisational objectives.
- Supporting senior leadership through effective engagement management and relationship building.
- Drafting and coordinating high-quality reports, briefings, and board-level documentation.
- Providing clear, data-driven insights and analysis to support decision-making and reporting requirements.
- Leading the oversight, coordination, and delivery of strategic and operational projects, including ad hoc initiatives.
- Managing internal communications aligned with leadership priorities.
- Driving execution of key projects, action plans, and business priorities across the organisation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic objectives.
- Continuously improving operational rhythms, processes, and ways of working.
- Managing and coordinating executive support resources and engaging with wider internal teams.
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective external engagement and delivery of organisational priorities.
- Handling escalations and incoming queries (e.g. complaints, stakeholder requests) with professionalism, ensuring appropriate triage and resolution.
- Demonstrating flexibility to support peak periods of activity when required.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- A degree (minimum Level 8 NFQ or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as Business, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role and/or working with senior leadership teams.
- Proven track record in delivering projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working within complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and the ability to clearly articulate ideas and vision.
Desirable Requirements
- Understanding of governance, ideally within a public sector or regulated environment.
- Experience delivering strategic initiatives or transformation projects.
- Irish language proficiency.
- Experience in customer experience or stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and solve problems creatively.
