Vacant position: Project Manager (m/f/n)

As a project manager, you would be responsible for the future projects within the IT department. Your main focus would be system administration, firewall and internal rollouts. Furthermore you will be working closely with the existing infrastructure team with a total of 10 people In a family environment as an expert in fire protection solutions in the leading sectors such as: IT, rail vehicles, production, warehouse logistics and museums in a collaborative working environment we offer you a secure job with excellent development perspectives to fulfill your individual career goals. Your area of responsibility:
ü You are the competent point of contact for management and our employees in the IT project area.
ü Application of project management methods in the IT environment
For instance: (e.g. Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma etc.).
ü Planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of IT projects.
ü Documentation in the Atlassian environment (e.g.: Jira or Confluence).
ü Implementation of IT management methods.
For instance: (e.g. resource management, life cycle management or total cost of Ownership (TCO)
ü Maintenance and further development of our existing documentation and integration new technologies into the existing project landscape.
The job requirements:
ü Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration
or alternative certified ITIL-training with the appropriate work experience.
ü Fluency in German min.: C1 + pronounced English language skills min. B2/C1 (in speech and writing).
ü Relevant, several years of professional experience in the IT environment or in IT project management.
ü Good knowledge of project management and the areas of server landscapes,
Software and hardware as well as network infrastructure.
ü Experience in using basic services
(e.g. Exchange, file services, print server, etc.).
ü Ideally, you have a strong knowledge in the areas of MS.
ü Azure, cloud technologies, firewall systems, VMWare, Citrix, backup strategies, as well
system monitoring.
