Role includes:
· Receptionist / Manage Reception
· Greeting and directing visitors
· Overseeing Inbox
· Updating Contact List, phone, emails etc.
· Booking Couriers
· Booking Taxis & logging on Excel sheet
· Updating Reception Manual
· Managing all aspects of fobs, new, visitors and staff
· Liaising with IT for all IT requirements for room set-ups
· Managing Meeting Rooms – set-up etc.
· Preparing catering orders
· Managing all aspects of Stationery and working with Stationery Reps from each floor
