Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, wishes to appoint a Receptionist & Office Administrator responsible for managing all front office functions and providing ongoing customer service. This role is full-time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm based in our Dundalk office.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. This job is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge, working on one’s own initiative as well as cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. Duties of the role will include but not limited to:
- Greeting customers in a warm, friendly manner via face to face and over the phone communication.
- Effectively and efficiently responding and managing incoming calls and emails into the business. Monitoring call queues and running reports when required.
- Sorting, logging, and distributing incoming post & deliveries to relevant staff. Record, frank, and organise outgoing post.
- Organising courier services as and when required.
- Managing the distribution of ID badges including creating and posting ID badges for employees and agency workers.
- Processing and dispatching uniform orders & PPE requests. Ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained.
- Managing the upkeep and maintenance of the office(s) in terms of organising supplies, trades and services.
- Managing and liaising with facility management vendors, such as cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Providing efficient administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership team through calendar management and organising travel arrangements when required.
- General administrative support across all office locations for the business as required.
Requirements
- 2 + years’ experience in a previous Office Administrator / Receptionist role
- Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language
- Full proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, self-motivate, multi-task and flexible in approach
- Applicants must be based within a commutable distance of Dundalk as the role will be fully office based.
