We are delighted to announce, we are now accepting CVs for the role of Regional Director West/Midwest for our established client who provides high quality services to the people they support. The candidate will be overseeing the services based in Galway, Limerick and Kerry.
Successful candidate will be a Regional Director for a reputable disability care provider. Our client provides residential, respite, outreach and day services to both children and adults with medium to profound disability including those with life limiting conditions. Our client has both children’s and adult’s residential homes in the community and also offer both children’s and adults respite.
The perfect candidate will have:
- QQI Level 8 in Social Care or Relevant with Management Qualification and meet criteria for CORU registration.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience at senior management level in Social Care.
- Have experience in establishing new services, drafting and implementing new policies and procedures
- A genuine passion for delivering high level quality service to individuals our client supports.
- Experience managing large volumes of staff teams.
