Duties:
- Take leadership when you are on duty
- Evaluate the car patients are receiving
- Care for the terminally ill
- Assist help in training colleagues and junior team members
- To build trust with patient and their families
- Make sure patients still have their respect and dignity
- Deliver the highest possible standard of care
