The Role
We are looking for a meticulous Research Analyst / Data Manager to oversee and maintain global civic datasets—known as the Managed Partner Set (MPS).
You will ensure compliance, consistency, and equitable support across government and election partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage preparation, review, and accuracy of country-specific political and government data in the MPS.
Collaborate with regional GSI partners to review data, and ensure alignment with Company policies and guidelines.
Conduct desk research, create manual data lists, and perform QA checks for completeness and reliability.
Upload validated data into CRM systems and upstream datasets.
Work with engineers to test system updates, monitor pipeline health, and flag anomalies.
Conduct root-cause analyses on support flows and recommend improvements in policy, process, and products.
Track and analyze operational metrics to help identify areas for optimization.
Minimum Qualifications:
5–10 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or global program delivery.
Strong SQL, Python, Excel (or similar) and strong skills in data validation and dashboard review.
Exceptional communication—able to simplify complex data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Domain knowledge in government, elections, or political data (e.g., parties, legislators, electoral systems).
Experience with software or systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
2+ years working with Python, R, or building/maintaining data pipelines.
Detail-oriented and rigorous in ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills—working with regional partners, data teams, and engineering.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and outcomes.
What You Can Expect
Access to large-scale global civic datasets with direct impact on government and nonprofit partners.
Cross-functional collaboration—working closely with policy, engineering, and partner teams.
Exposure to fast-paced, compliance-driven environments and opportunities to influence process and policy.
