Sales Director – Ireland & Europe (Building Services / Engineering)

We are partnering with a fast-growing, well-established engineering and mechanical services company to hire a Sales Director who will play a key role in driving the next phase of growth across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to define and execute a modern, scalable sales strategy.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver a clear, ambitious sales strategy aligned with company growth plans
• Drive new business development across the UK & Europe
• Manage and grow key client relationships across Ireland
• Work closely with internal teams (including tendering and operations) to convert opportunities into projects
• Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
• Build a robust pipeline and bring structure to sales processes

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior sales / commercial leadership role
• Strong background in M&E, construction, engineering, or building services
• Track record of winning and delivering large-scale projects
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results
• Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment
