CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Executive on a permanent full-time basis, based in Lisburn with a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per year, bonus/commission, and an extensive benefits package.
The hours of working for the Sales Executive will be:
- Mon – Thurs: 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Friday – 8:30am to 2:00pm
The role will be on-site with no hybrid/remote model at this time.

The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Executive will:
- Cold call – generating leads and converting these leads to sales opportunities.
- Seek to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Have access to a client base of over 2,500 trade customers.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
The person:
- 3 years minimum in a Sales/Technical Sales role.
- Committed and focused on hitting sales targets.
- MS Office and CRM software proficiency.
- Able to understand and stay up to date with product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Able to build rapport, negotiate, solve problems and overcome objections.
