Sales Manager-Agri
Role Overview
Lead the Agri Sales function, driving sales performance, customer engagement, advisory services, and operational efficiency across regional teams. Reports to the Head of Revenue and Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Strategy: Lead high-performing sales teams, manage territories, analyse performance trends, and deliver on sales, margin, and market share targets.
- Customer Focus: Ensure consistent, high-quality farm engagement, develop advisory services, and support initiatives that reduce costs and enhance customer value.
- Systems & Data: Optimise CRM, ERP, and reporting systems; maintain accurate customer records and support data-driven decision-making.
- Performance & People: Coach, mentor, and develop teams; drive continuous improvement, capability building, and succession planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across internal teams, stay informed on industry trends, and communicate insights to support strategic decisions.
- Credit Management: Oversee customer accounts in line with credit policies, supporting efficient collections.
