materials, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to
join their Killarney location. This is a great opportunity to grow your managerial

The Role:
This role would suit
someone with previous managerial experience in the trade/construction sector
with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities to include:
As Sales Manager, you will actively manage key trade accounts and drive sales within the branch promoting products and services. You will be reasonable for management of people, driving sales and operational excellence. You will create a culture and environment that engages and
motivates your team.
Skills & Experience:
· Great customer service is a priority, and service excellence and
consistency will be expected
· The ability to identify and develop talent
· Understand the strengths of the people in your team.
· Always maintain excellent store standards and a safe working environment
· You will be responsible for sales and purchasing and will work
closely with suppliers, and manage the administration of key accounts, build
relationships with
customers, negotiate deals and new business development.
· Keep up to date on the ever-changing market and products
