- Optimize stock flow, sales strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct store visits, cash management checks, and support new store openings.
- Implement business plans and KPIs to drive district success.
- Collaborate on company-wide initiatives and strategy execution.
*What You Bring*
- A *2.1 degree (or equivalent)* or *3+ years of management experience* in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Full driving license and flexibility to travel.
- Experience in *multi-site retail management* is a plus.
