CPL Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client for a Sales Support Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis, based in Co. Tyrone.

- A designer and manufacturer of specialist products such as hi-lifts, passenger stairs, belt loaders, and aircraft maintenance.
- Servicing clients internationally with locations in Co, Tyrone and the USA with a workforce of over 400 staff.
- Boasting customers who are some of the biggest names in the aviation industry along with selling products across the world.
The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Support Coordinator will:
- Support the overall Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams, coordinate with the Sales team when opportunities are identified and support handover.
- Prospect inactive customers and regions, seeking opportunities and creating interest for our clients’ products.
- Assist with market analysis, customer satisfaction surveys, large scope product RFP and RFQ’s and assisting with factory visits and trade shows.
- Build positive and effective working relationships with all other site functions and support daily operations.
The person:
- 1 year min. experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and a meticulous approach to process and documentation.
- Able to produce high quality work, adhere to deadlines along with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, along with MS Office and IT proficiency.
- Able to solve problems and plan workload effectively.
- Can build effect relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
