We’re hiring a Team Lead – AI Platform to drive revenue growth and enterprise adoption for a cutting-edge AI client.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a high-performing SaaS sales leader who can combine team performance management, structured pipeline execution, and technical credibility in a fast-scaling environment.
The Role
- Lead and coach a team selling AI platform solutions across SMB and enterprise segments
- Own team quota, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics
- Drive disciplined qualification (MEDDICC/BANT) and strong outbound execution
- Maintain high CRM standards (Salesforce) and reliable forecasting
- Act as senior sponsor on strategic enterprise opportunities
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to align AI capabilities with commercial outcomes
- Embed strong governance, QA standards, and KPI accountability
What You Bring
- 4+ years B2B tech sales experience, including 2+ years leading a team
- Proven SaaS track record (AI / platform / technology sales essential)
- Consistent quota attainment and forecast discipline
- Strong understanding of AI, APIs, and platform ecosystems
- Confident engaging both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers
- Data-driven, performance-focused, and operationally rigorous
