Our client, a well-established and highly recognised motor sales company, is currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Car Sales Executive to join their team in Baldonnell.
Operating out of a modern, progressive showroom and backed by one of Ireland’s largest automotive retail groups (with 9 locations across Dublin and Wicklow), this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional ready to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell both new and used vehicles from the Škoda & Ford range, including EV and PHEV models
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover and aftersales follow-up
- Provide expert product knowledge, including features, pricing, and available finance packages (PCP etc.)
- Refer customers to Business Managers for financing options and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute campaigns and promotions
- Use CRM and dealership IT systems (preferably Kerridge) to manage customer journeys and communication
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally motor vehicle sales with a proven record of achieving targets
- A customer-first, target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
- Experience with PCP and general vehicle financing knowledge
- Strong IT skills and comfort using digital tools and CRM platforms
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a solid understanding of the current and future market
- Full, clean driving licence
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Must be an EEA / UK citizen or hold an unrestricted work permit (this role is not eligible for sponsorship)

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (day off during the week)
📍 Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Baldonnell, Co. Dublin before starting
