Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize high-integrity embedded software using C/C++ for industrial and shipping applications
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with complex propulsion and automation systems
• Lead end-to-end feature development—from initial design through rigorous testing to production rollout
• Provide technical guidance to external partners and suppliers, ensuring adherence to high quality and safety standards
• Employ advanced debugging and profiling tools (e.g., JTAG, GDB) to resolve complex system issues
• Actively participate in Agile teams to foster continuous improvement and innovative solutions
Core Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development
• Expertise in C/C++ programming and real-time operating systems (e.g., Embedded Linux)
• Proven ability to work with microcontroller platforms and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet)
• Experience in safety-critical or high-reliability systems within industrial or maritime environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A commitment to quality, precision, and rapid integration in dynamic settings
