Role: Senior Project Manager
Type: Contract
Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite, Co. Galway
Important: This role is only open to Stamp 4, EU or Irish citizens
Our client is looking to hire a Senior ICT Project Manager to join their organisation on a 24 month contract. In this role you will help structure and manage project delivery for a variety of data and information services.
Role specifications and requirements:
· Project management of technical data, information management or business information systems projects: A minimum of two relevant projects which were delivered on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope and functional requirements in the past 5 years.
· Project Communications: including communicating project schedules and progress / status with diverse stakeholders, communicating technical requirements to suppliers, and communicating project roles and required tasks to project teams.
· Project management of the delivery of externally delivered software services: Relevant services include business services such as Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365, Payroll e.g. CORE, Learning Management Systems or equivalent systems.
· Agile project management techniques: The response should include details of how agile techniques have been applied to relevant projects and the proposed resource’s related responsibilities
Key Deliverables:
· Structure and manage project schedules for technical projects including for 3rd party business software, websites and custom software development, scientific data management and analytics
· Communicate project schedules, roles and requirements, and status updates with internal and external stakeholders
· Track and report on project progress to internal stakeholders, including identification of critical activities and risk factors
· Liaise with business owners to help define requirements, schedules and delivery considerations for business software upgrade projects.
