The role:

·       Leads processing the payroll with speed and accuracy

·       Audits employee record and reconciles totals by department / location / country etc.

·       Ensures appropriate amounts or deductions are calculated and applied to any necessary amounts

·       Leads the verification of compliance to all local, state, and federal policies / laws and requirements

·       Responsible for day-to-day operation of Payroll Services for UK and other EU locations and drive for continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

·       At least 3 years' commercial experience with an international company in a Payroll Function

·       Knowledge of different Payroll Delivery Models

·       Strong knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation

·       Good understanding of processing both Government and Company Pension Schemes and administering the monthly submissions

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
