Senior Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Fit-Out (Cleanroom) - Galway & Limerick Based (Remote)
Are you an experienced construction Project Manager who loves delivering complex, high-spec projects, and wants a long-term home rather than a short-term “gig”?
I’m partnering with a specialist contractor who deliver large-scale pharmaceutical cleanroom and high-specification fit-out projects. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of a major pharma fit-out, from planning through to handover.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a large pharma fit-out project
- Owning programme, site logistics, resourcing and day-to-day site leadership
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades in a live, fast-paced environment
- Ensuring work is delivered to strict safety, quality and cleanroom standards
- Working closely with QS and commercial teams on cost, variations and risk
- Building strong relationships with client reps, consultants and your site team
What they’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction/fit-out
- Proven track record delivering complex pharma, mission-critical or cleanroom projects
- Strong technical understanding of cleanroom construction and high-spec finishes
- Confident leader who can drive programme certainty, quality and commercial outcomes
- Genuine team player with strong character – they value personality as much as experience
