Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior Project or Programme Manager to support the delivery of major transformation programmes across both public and private sector organisations, with a strong emphasis on pharmaceutical, healthcare, and broader professional services environments.
This is a delivery-focused role for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder settings .
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead large-scale transformation programmes from inception through to implementation and benefit realisation.
- Provide structured programme governance, planning, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between clinical, operational, and strategic objectives.
- Drive high-quality delivery across project teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively and implement effective mitigation actions.
- Ensure all programme outputs are delivered to professional services standards with a client-centric focus.
Skills required –
· At least 10 years delivery experience in a senior Project Management capacity.
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting before transitioning into project or programme management.
- Proven track record delivering major transformation programmes within professional services environments.
- Experience in pharma, and/or healthcare landscapes is highly advantageous.
- Strong client-facing capabilities and the ability to build credibility quickly at senior levels.
- Expertise in methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid Dublin-based model (2–3 days onsite).
