Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph API
- Adaptive Cards, Microsoft Identity Platform, Dataverse, Visual Studio
- Migrate legacy applications to cloud-native Microsoft solutions following best practices.
- Participate in solution design and data analysis to meet business goals.
- Conduct robust testing and quality assurance.
- Provide technical support and system maintenance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess and integrate complex product solutions.
- Support agile delivery processes and project management activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of software development experience with strong client-side tech (TypeScript, React, Angular).
- Proven experience designing and delivering low-code/no-code business solutions.
- Solid knowledge of system integration via RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online.
- Version control proficiency using Git (branching, PRs, collaboration workflows).
Desirable Skills:
- SPFx development experience.
- Office Add-ins (especially Word & Outlook).
- PowerShell scripting with PnP PowerShell.
- Microsoft Teams development and Azure (Functions, Key Vault, Storage).
- Microsoft Graph API experience.
- Experience in legal or professional services industries.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), strong communication, and stakeholder engagement.
