Social Worker - Limerick

Social Worker required by Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with HSE, for a new opportunities in St Anne’s Community Mental Health Centre Roxboro Limerick.

• The post holder will be working as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team within the St Annes’ Sector B2 Adult Mental Health Services, to provide social work input to people experiencing moderate to severe mental illness, within community and hospital based settings. 

• The Social Worker will have access to a base in both St Annes & Ward 5b UHL. The weekly community MDT is held in St Anne’s every Tuesday afternoon; the weekly hospital based MDT is held in 5B UHL every Wednesday morning.

• The Social Worker then manages his/her workload and base according to workload requirements.  

• The post is 35 hours per week.

• Regular supervision is provided by the Senior Social Worker and the Social Worker is line managed by the Principal Social Worker.

• The Social Worker will attend monthly social work meetings with social workers based in Limerick.

The Candidate:

• A recognized qualification as a Social Worker with CORU registration

• Permission to work in Ireland

• Professional approach to work
