Staff Grade Psychologist - Dublin
Location: Dublin West
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (Part-time may be considered)
Salary: €61,976 - €106,101 per annum (incl. LSI)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Psychologist to join a Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT-5) based in Dublin West. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an interdisciplinary team supporting children with complex needs and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, family-centred psychology service to children and families attending the CDNT.
- Undertake assessments, interventions and therapeutic programmes within your scope of professional competence.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary team working, case discussions and service planning.
- Provide reports and information to families and other professionals as required.
- Participate in research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in supervision, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
- Uphold best practice standards and the code of ethics of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have:
- A recognised, validated qualification in Psychology as recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
- Relevant experience working with children with disabilities.
- Proven skills in assessment, intervention and family-centred practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full, clean driving licence and access to a car.
Qualifications obtained outside Ireland must be validated by the PSI at the time of application.
