Are you a dedicated and compassionate Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking enthusiastic, qualified Staff Nurses to join a Residential Services team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Staff Nurse, you'll play a vital role in the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our service users—delivering person-centred care that truly makes an impact. 💙
What we’re looking for:
✅ Registered Nurse with An Bord Altranais (R.N.I.D. qualification desirable)
✅ Experience in managing behaviours that challenge
✅ Ability to work on own initiative and supervise staff/service users
✅ Strong commitment to the principles of person-centred care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in compliance with HIQA standards
- Develop and implement programmes in education, training, and work
- Support residents’ independence, integration, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation
- Foster strong family and community relationships
- Budget and manage household purchases locally
