We are looking for Life and Pensions Customer service representatives to work with one of the largest Financial services companies in Ireland!
What we expect form you:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Business Managers, Advisers, Trustees and clients.
- Support members, policy holders and Trustees through their pension saving journey.
- Help customers understand their options available depending on their individual circumstances and work history.
- Carry out policy amendments and updates to maintain the accuracy of customer records
What we are looking for:
- Experience in customer service roles
- Fluent in Swedish
- A positive, motivated attitude to grow your career in a finance field
Location
Hybrid model - 2 days in the office (after initial training period)
Dublin City Centre (close to St. Stephen's Green)

Base salary of up to 36k
