Currently hiring experienced tax lawyers / advisors to join their team to work directly with their global client base on complicated and challenging tax concerns.
The Role
Our client is hiring at all levels across the department, and there are a number of roles available. You will have the opportunity to be involved across a range of matters, whilst also having the opportunity to focus on your areas of strength. The group predominantly advises on:
· Global tax and cross border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland
· Capital markets and structured finance markets
· Investment banking and banking transactions
· Private equity transactions
· Transfer pricing
· Asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment
· Mergers, acquisitions, demergers and flotations
· VAT and indirect taxes and advisory services
· Real estate tax
· Tax controversy and tax litigation
The Ideal Candidate
· You are a skilled lawyer / tax advisor with strong experience in tax matters.
· You have a high level of expertise in technical matters and strong business development skills.
· You are extremely client focused and dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
· You are dedicated and resilient, can manage a varied workload, commercially-focused advice with minimum guidance, and lead and develop junior solicitors.
