Immediate Day Rate Contract for an experienced ICT Transformation Consultant to work with my client, a large financial services business in Ireland. You must be available to be onsite 3 days per week.
Daily rate €600.
The opportunity -
You will initiate and progress my clients IT Transformation Programme. This programme is critical to their IT strategy.
Provide leadership on IT models, modernisation and change. In addition, you will guide the Transformation Programme and its participants.
Assist in shaping and designing a target state model and begin to mobilise other IT disciplines to deliver the programme.
Identify, cultivate and manage highly effective relationships with all Transformation partners and across the wider organisation.
Monitor progress of Transformation change uptake and report to management.
Design and Implement the Operating Model for working effectively with all partners
Design and implement the IT Transformation communications plan
Skills required –
At least 7-10 years experience in Business Change management with proven experience in managing and delivering large scale IT transformation programmes, involving changes to processes, people, behaviours and ways of working.
Project Management qualification required and a recognised Change Management qualification
The following skills are applicable to this Role.
Experience in IT transformational programmes, Senior level/C level stakeholder experience and influence
Expertise in designing future Transformed state
People change background, understanding change programmes etc
Excellence in communications development and planning and gaining buy in and support from other teams
