Flexsource is currently recruiting for a new role as Warehouse Operative for our Client based in Westmeath. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous warehouse experience. This is an ideal role for someone who has previous warehouse experience and holds a valid FLT License.
Job Description:
• Ensuring that any work related activity that you participate in, is undertaken with a safety first approach. Follow verbal and written instructions, do not deviate from what you have been shown or use equipment that you have not been trained to operate. If you have any doubts or questions it is your responsibility to ask questions for clarity.
• Arriving at work on time on a regular basis, ensuring that you are aware of the individual productivity standards and units of measure that you expected to meet (for example X number of picks per hour) and achieve them.
• To be an effective team member of your department in order to do your share so that your department meets or exceeds team targets.
• To fully understand and adhere to the company’s expected standards in regards to behavior at work which is contained within the Company’s code of conduct
Skills & Experienced Required:
