My Client, An Irish owned construction consultancy practice has a great new opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, supporting the activities of our busy Clonskeagh based office. This position will suit a highly organised individual who is resourceful and enjoys working in an active office environment.
· Provide administrative support across a variety of technical teams and leaders;
· Work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards;
· Supporting the marketing team with the development of professional company submissions, tenders, brochures etc.
· Updating/formatting MS Excel spreadsheets in line with company standards;
· Printing, binding and filing of documents as required;
· Ensuring accuracy of all administrative tasks;
· Provide occasional reception/switchboard support for breaks and leave cover;
· Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Person Specification
· A strong communicator with excellent written and proof-reading skills;
· Strong digital skills and proven experience with the use of Excel at an experienced level;
· Good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint;
· An eye for detail is essential;
· Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise key tasks;
· Methodical and flexible with a proven ability to work at pace and meet deadlines;
· Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.
