ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
As a Generative AI Annotator, you'll be at the forefront of refining and enhancing a large language model (LLM) to revolutionize digital interactions. Craft and evaluate pairs of questions and answers to unlock the full potential of our platform. Your mission includes:
· Skilfully annotating data to perfection according to set guidelines.
· Assessing the quality of existing data repositories and the outputs of machine learning tools.
· Designing, implementing, and upholding guidelines to ensure impeccable content organization and classification.
· Conducting insightful research to maintain precise annotation.
· Providing valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement in our annotation process.
· Identifying emerging trends in annotated data and exploring new organizational strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're seeking individuals with a passion for data and exceptional communication skills. Key requirements include:
· Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written - minimum C1 level proficiency as per the CEFR
· Undergraduate degree or higher – equivalent to the Irish NFQ Level 7 or higher

CONTRACT & COMPENSATION
· Secure a permanent full-time position with Covalen Solutions.
· Choose between Day (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) or Evening (6:00 pm – 2:00 am) shifts without rotation.
· Receive an annual salary of €27,000 plus a 10% performance-based bonus paid quarterly.
· Work from home anywhere in the Republic of Ireland after completing on-site training in Dublin South for approximately 8 weeks.
