The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience within an NHS Trust or Care Home
- Be up to date with PMVA/Breakaway/MAPA training
ROLE: Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurses / Care coordinators
TEAM: WF CRT NORTH TEAM (WFNL)
ADDRESS: Walthamstow, London
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
DURATION: 31/03/2022 - 31/06/2022
RESPONSIBILITIES: Working as a care coordinator / mental health nurse and managing a caseload of patients with severe mental illness; on-going assessment of their needs and supporting them to stay in the community, care planning, risk assessments; on going home visits; administering depot injections, raising safeguarding, reviewing packages of care.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Previous experience in care coordination, managing a caseload; previous experience in mental health; depot administration and medication management; knowledge about safeguarding process; knowledge of Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act;
-Be able to provide UK references, Immunisations report and must have a valid NMC pin.
