CPL are recruiting for a fantastic Banksperson to come join one of NI’s construction group. This new position offers an excellent salary and benefit package.

The Role:

You will be required to work alongside Drivers and bank the tower cranes on a very busy commercial site. You will also be expected to labour when the machinery are not in operation.

·        Direct drivers and operators to safely maneuver their vehicles and equipment on construction sites

·        Use hand signals, radios, or other communication devices to relay instructions to drivers and operators

·        Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are properly positioned before operations begin

Needed:

·        Proven experience as a Banksman or similar role in a construction environment

·        Excellent knowledge of hand signals used for directing vehicles and equipment

·        Familiarity with operating radios or other communication devices

·        Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
