Our technology client have an exciting requirement for a Benefits Analyst, for a contract up to the end of the year (9 months approx.). Fully remote working on offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration of benefits programs. Ideal experience should include 1-2 year’s benefits admin and multinational experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Assisting in the administration of benefits programs
- Collaborating with various business stakeholders
- Providing regular updates to the business offerings and benefits policy changes
- Maintaining relationships with benefits vendors.
- Supporting benefits related projects and drafting communications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1-2 years Benefits Admin experience
- Irish and UK benefits experience, highly desirable
- Relevant qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent multitasker
