Cpl are delighted to be supporting a facilities organisation who are currently seeking an experienced Bid Writer, to join their busy team, based out of their Dublin 12 offices.
Ideally candidate will have minimum 2 years experience in Bid writing, with a background in Security/Facilities/Pharma writing a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:
· Managing the bid process for multiple proposals to stay on schedule and present them to the management for review and approval prior to final publishing.
· Coordinating and communicating bid document delivery and costing requirements to the key support functions to meet bid due dates while raising, tracking and documenting issues.
· Ensuring all relevant documentation for bid /proposal is complete and accurate.
· Ensuring all technical, commercial and contractual correspondence with Suppliers/Vendors are efficiently addressed and closed out.
· Preparing reports for management of bids such as summary schedules, proposal overviews, competitive overviews and cost/price summaries, evaluation reports, annual plans.
· Seeking and investigating portals /online platforms to identify potential business opportunities.
· Evaluating tenders won after 6/12 months of winning to ensure client delivery is as expected/promised.
· Contribute to and maintain Bid library of tender information.
· Research and write Case studies for the organisation.
· Complete ad-hoc projects as reasonably requested by a member of the senior management team.
· Provide support as and when reasonably requested by your Manager.
Experience and Skills:
· 2 years + experience within the relevant role, or a similar environment.
· Proven experience of bid/ proposal writing.
· Time spent in a customer service environment.
· A Commercial and Financial business acumen.
· A high attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Excellent IT skills including Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
