- Determine, develop and manage a detailed project scope/plan and objectives. Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Support the management and further implementation of the Outsourcing Framework and champion it’s adoption through effective communication with all levels within the organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all Functional Areas to monitor group and third-party outsourced service provider relationships, driving resolution and remain in compliance to regulatory requirements. Present timely status updates to senior management
- Analyze and rationalize complex data sets to provide key insights to senior leaders and Boards on the health of the Programme
- Keep abreast of all regulatory changes impacting the programme and internal policy changes
- Support regulatory and internal audit inspections
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and policy requirements and drive digitization efforts
- Drive continuous improvement in the monitoring processes required to meet business or regulatory needs
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as framework and operational improvements, strengthening of internal controls, streamlining reports and processes
