Cpl are supporting a leading global Insurance brand in their search for a new Business Insights Lead. We are looking to hire a highly driven individual who is technically skilled and experienced in analyzing business and operational performance. This is an individual contributor role which will work alongside Sr Leadership to put actions in place to drive business performance.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required for this role, previous experience in the insurance domain would be highly advantageous.
Role:
- Analysis and reporting around business performance
- Analysis and reporting around operational performance
- Monitoring KPI's
- Presenting insights to leadership teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve results
Skills:
- 5+ years in similar role is 100% essential
- Experience in Business Performance analytics
- Strong in delivering results to stakeholders
- Technical expertise with Data Viz tools such as Tableau
- Insurance background ideal
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
