CPL Healthcare is now accepting applications from experienced Social Care professionals for our established client in Cork City. Our client provides emergency accommodation for women and children who are homeless, in a recently re developed and improved setting.
Our client provides emergency accommodation to women and families who are experiencing homelessness. The Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a service aimed at providing a welcoming, compassionate, and professional service to the women and children.
The successful candidate will have:
- A recognised professional qualification in Social Care or an appropriate equivalent
- Senior experience in a management / leadership role
- A minimum of five years post qualification experience
- Professional and caring approach to working with vulnerable women, children and families
- Experience and strong understanding of work in a residential setting is preferred.
The candidate should be compassionate and highly motivated. They will be expected to demonstrate sound decision making skills and have excellent interpersonal, networking, teambuilding and supportive skills. They will need to ensure that the ethos, vision and mission of the client are well understood and influence practice.
Candidates available on a part time basis will also be considered!
