Programme Coordinator (Grade V) required for Public Service Institute in Dublin 14
- Mon-Fri 27 hours per week
- Temporary 3 month contract
- Applicants must be available to start immediately
Responsible for programme planning & Delivery, supervision of leaders and quality assurance.
Qualifications and Experience
· Have relevant work experience in programme or service coordination This should include at least one year’s experience of managing/supporting/supervising personnel
· Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders including Leaders and service users.
· Group facilitation skills and experience including experience using online platforms such as Webex, MS Teams, Attend Anywhere, Zoom or other
· IT and Administration skills relevant to the post
· Marketing/promotional skills including the use of social media
