CLIENT SERVICES CONSULTANT
My client, an international HR SaaS organisation, seeks to hire a new Client Services Consultant to join their Galway hub. This role is due to business growth and will support the on-site Client Service Manager. You will be responsible for providing administration and customer ticket support to projects being rolled out via the Client Service Manager who is liaising with HR leaders in some of the world’s largest and best-known companies.
This role is suitable for someone with a can-do attitude, someone who can be flexible, one who can pivot at short notice, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
This is a permanent role on a hybrid basis, 3 days on site required at their Galway City centre offices. My client has also outlined good progression opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responding to customer tickets in a timely and efficient manner
· Provide project administration tasks to global clients and partners.
· Provide reporting on schedule and adhoc basis.
· Provide customer support/service via phone/email should you be required to do so.
· Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail.
· Liaise with the Client Service manager on client feedback/escalations.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum - Successful candidate will have a Leaving Certificate
· Experience in a customer service/support background – Desirable but not essential.
· Excellent Administrative & Software navigation skills – Essential.
· Strong English written skills essential
· Excellent attention to detail, flexibility and communication skills – Essential
