Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, a leading private hospital group, are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Managers and Staff Nurses for their facilities in Waterford, Kildare and Kilkenny.
Staff Nurse vacancies;
Staff Nurse – Theatre Department, Waterford & Kildare
Staff nurse – Endoscopy Department, Waterford & Kildare
Staff Nurse – Coronary Care Department, Waterford & Kildare
Staff Nurse – Cath Lab, Waterford & Kildare
Staff Nurse, Dual Qualified (Paediatric and General), Kildare
Staff Nurse requirements;
NMBI membership, or Registration to be in process. Overseas candidates with a Decision Letter will be offered RCSI test route to conclude NMBI registration.

All employees are required to maintain a level of flexibility to meet the needs of the hospital and maybe required to move between wards (Surgical, Medical and Day Ward) as patient needs fluctuate.
Candidates interested in applying for a Staff Nurse role must be available to cover all shifts, i.e. Night Duty, Long Days and Weekends as required.

Clinical Nurse Manager requirements:
Be registered, or eligible for registration in the General Division of the live Register of Nurses kept by NMBI.
A minimum of five years’ experience as a staff nurse in a relevant setting is required.
At least two years’ experience in a management position desirable.
It is desirable to have completed a recognised post-registration course relative to specialty
Have completed a Management Course or commit to undertake same
Display evidence of continuing professional development.
Demonstrate an awareness of HR policies and procedures
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.
Have experience in change management
