Customer Care Specialist
We are looking for Customer Care Specialists based in Budapest, Hungary, who will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients.
The job:
- Provide timely and efficient customer support and advice via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
- Investigate and escalate complex customer issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and document customer interactions in the company CRM system
- Manage end to end all contacts logged, providing regular updates to customers on ticket status
- Invoke Escalation Procedures within defined time frames
- Work to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements:
- Experience dealing with customers (face-to-face or call center)
- Excellent communication skills in English, in terms of writing and speaking with customers
- Must be eligible to work in Hungary (working visa or EU passport to live and work in Hungary)
Shift: Monday to Sunday, between 8am - 9pm local time, rotational shift pattern
Contract: Permanent, full time
Salary: 515.000 Ft Gross (before tax)
