Customer Data Administrator - AR Team (8 Month Contract)
Our client is looking for an experienced Data administrator to join their Accounts Receivable department in a large multinational in Cork. This role is ideal for a strong administrator that is looking to get exposure into a finance department. This role is an 8-month fixed term contract.
Job Description:
· To provide Customer Master Data management to the various company divisions.
· Customer Master data management and data entry as per departmental and business SOX controls.
· Review & validate all Customer master file amendment & additions for input to the billing and financial systems .
· Process Customer master file addition & amendment requests ensuring accuracy.
· Handle other Customer master file related tasks, e.g., cleansing, deactivations, change-request testing etc.
· Contribute to the achievement of service level performance targets
· Interfaces with various accounting\customer service personnel in order to fulfil the requirement of the role
· Month-end reporting
· Accounts Receivable staff will be required to adopt a flexible working pattern to meet the changing operational requirements of the cross European customer base.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a Customer Data Administration role
• Educated to at least Certificate/Diploma level
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good analytical skills
• Good MS Excel skills
• A working knowledge of computerised systems
• Fluency in English
• Other language requirements are as indicated in the Recruitment Process Document.
• Working knowledge of Master Data processes and procedures
• Previous exposure to a culturally diverse working environment
• Ability to speak more than one major European
• Shared Service Centre experience
