My client based in Dublin is now recruiting for a Customer Sales Agent (APA).
The role will be dealing directly with customers, answering queries on their policies, renewal queries, mid-term adjustments and any other insurance queries that customers may have. Great exposure on offer along with attractive salary & bonus and benefits on offer. Hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in all sections of personal lines, including Renewals, Processing midterm adjustments, after sales customer enquiries
- Building rapport with customers & retaining the existing business
- Ensuring all data is kept up to date on systems
- Dealing with all customer requests in an efficient manner
- Providing a high level of customer service
Your Experience & Skills:
- At least 1 years experience in similar role in Insurance
- Minimum APA qualified (in insurance) and working towards CIP
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your daily tasks
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Clear & proficient communication and negotiation skills
