Overview of the position:
Servisource, part of the CPL Group, are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our Isaac Care team, based in Dundalk Co Louth.
Our Isaac Care team recently launched the innovative Isaac Pendant, a GPS enabled fall alarm that offers 24/7 Independent Support and Ambient Care. A discreet pendant that allows for two-way communication and links seamlessly with the Isaac Care app where friends/family members are notified of any alerts and can see the GPS location of the device.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will possess the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. This job is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge.
Duties of the role will include but are not limited to;
· Maintaining and cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships.
· Managing and dealing with client inquiries and queries in an effective and professional manner.
· Providing accurate and timely feedback to clients regarding order fulfilment.
· Ensuring efficient inventory management and distribution.
· Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with clients are logged adequately.
· Monitor customer engagement of fall alarms / ambident tech and proactively provide support and feedback to users and their circle of care.
· Oversee customer engagement on projects, report on engagement and follow up with clients or their family members.
· Monitor customer payments and support those who encounter difficulties.
· Maintain accurate customer records on Isaac, Salesforce, payment platforms and with SIM provider.
· Provide sales support to business development and onboard new clients.
· On occasion, attend trade shows / events to grow industry knowledge and support the business development function.
· Constantly striving to meet weekly KPI’s and quarterly targets set out by your manager.
· Performing other duties as set out by your manager.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role.
· Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Full proficiency in IT systems.
- Previous experience using Salesforce is desirable.
- Positive, collaborative, can do attitude with both internal and external stakeholders.
· High level of motivation and pride in what one does is key to success in this role.
- Ability to build, develop and maintain key relationships.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
